These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Just Booked’s services, including AI booking software, Facebook lead form ad campaigns, and any associated marketing efforts provided by Just Booked. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Just Booked offers AI booking software and managed Facebook lead form ad campaigns designed to help you increase booked appointments within your specified timeframe.

3. Introduction Offer and Setup Fee

With our introductory offer, Just Booked aims to secure as many new appointments as possible within the agreed timeframe. If no results are achieved within this period, we will fully refund the setup fee, no questions asked.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are limited to cases where no new appointments have been secured from our marketing campaigns during the specified campaign period.Just Booked’s performance guarantee applies only to the initial setup fee. Subscription fees and other service fees are non-refundable.

5. Payment Terms

The setup fee is due upon agreement to the introductory offer.Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable and will be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Just Booked is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Just Booked’s total liability is limited to the amount of the setup fee in cases where the refund policy applies.

8. Changes to Terms

Just Booked reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
